Avid’s Agent celebration… in person!

Avid’s Agent Program allows businesses and individuals to introduce Avid to their customers. Also, the agent program allows us to reach businesses we may not have otherwise been able to connect with.

We recently held an event to celebrate our Agent Partners and thank them for the many referrals they have sent our way! It had been about 2 years since we’d been able to put on an event, and we were excited to be able to get together in person again.

The event was a great opportunity to show off our newly expanded office space that we moved into during the pandemic.

We had a balloon arch, a great bar, food catered by Cupini’s (one of our customers), and several giveaways.

It was great to see so many of our Agents!

Our Avid leadership team was able to be there to meet and reconnect with our Agents. We even had a Microsoft Teams Demo station set up so that our Agents could learn more about the direct connection we have with Microsoft. With our Microsoft team direct connection, we’re still able to do all the programming and changes for customers as we do today on our UCCAS (Unified Communications as a Service) platform.

It was great to be able to explain and share with our agents how we’re able to do this as well as some of the successes we’ve had rolling this out to our customers. (We will have more to share on this in a future blog post.)

It’s always fun to bring together good people, enjoy some great food, drinks and conversation. We appreciate our Agents and look forward to hosting another event soon!
