When you call Avid’s service line, you may very well be speaking with one of the principals of the firm.
Each of the three members of Avid’s top management team takes a shift on the service line each week, answering calls that range from orders for new phones, troubleshooting, questions about bills or just about anything.
We find it a great way to make sure we are providing the level of service we claim to provide.
